Former political leader, Governor-General, and vehement atheist, Bill Hayden (1933 – ) has decided to be baptised.

A remarkable story and a remarkable man. Bill Hayden made it the challenge of a lifetime never to stop learning. A sometime staff member of the Parliamentary Library, I knew that Mr Hayden read more from the Library than almost anyone else.
