2 litres soft vanilla ice cream
1.5 cups mixed fruit
0.25 cups glazed pineapple and cherries, chopped (you could soak these in brandy)
0.25 cups chocolate bits
0.5 cups chopped nuts (cashews are good)
handful of chopped fresh mint (fresh dill will do also)
(change ingredients to taste)
Mix well; put into pudding basin and freeze.
